Mr. Steffen is a 2001 graduate of Northern Kentucky University with Bachelor's Degrees in History and Education.  He has completed his Master's Degree in Education Administration and Rank I from Xavier University.  In 2018, he completed his Doctorate of Education from the University of the Cumberlands.  He holds certification for Social Studies 5-12, All Grades Principal, Supervisor of Instruction, Director of Pupil Personnel, and Superintendency.  This is his 11th year in the Ludlow Independent School District
