Board of Education Meetings:
Ludlow Board of Education meetings are held in the Board of Education building located at 525 Elm Street, next to the high school. Meetings begin at 6:30PM, and are typically held on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Mrs. Melanie Hazlewood serves as the President of the Board. She is a graduate of Notre Dame Academy. Melanie and her husband, Chris, have two children, both students at Ludlow. She has been on the Ludlow Board of Education since January of 2021.
Ms. Cindy Powell serves as the Vice President of the Board. She is a graduate of Ludlow High School. Cindy has two children who are also graduates of Ludlow High School and grandchildren who are current students. She has been on the Ludlow Board of Education since January of 2009.
Mr. Wes Dorger is a graduate of Ludlow High School, Class of 1998. Wes and his wife, Laura, a member of the LHS Class of 1999, have three children, one who is an LHS graduate and two who are current students. Wes has been a member of the Ludlow Board of Education since December of 2019.
Mrs. Shelly Mays is a graduate of Greenville High School, Greenville, Pennsylvania, but has been a member of the Ludlow community for 25 years. Shelly and her husband, JR, have a son who is a student at Ludlow. Shelly has been a member of the Ludlow Board of Education since February of 2023.
Mrs. Kamryn Reed is a graduate of Ludlow High School, Class of 2000. She and her husband, Andy (also a member of LHS Class of 2000), have four children who all attend Ludlow Schools. Kamryn joined the Ludlow Board of Education in January of 2025.
