NTI - Week of 4/20/2020

I hope everyone had a great weekend!

Below please find a summary of the assignments students will be completing this week. I have also attached a PDF of the assignments which may be easier to read, save, and print if you would like to. All of the assignments can be found and submitted in Google Classroom.

Assignments for the week of April 20th

Dear Parents:

Don’t stress about schoolwork. In September, I will get your children back on track. I am a teacher and that’s my superpower. What I can’t fix is social-emotional trauma that prevents the brain from learning. So right now, I just need you to share your calm, share your strength, and share your laughter with your children. No kids are ahead. No kids are behind. Your children are exactly where they need to be.

With love,

All the teachers on planet Earth

A teacher friend of mine shared this with me, and I think it is an important reminder. If there is anything I can do to help your or your family out, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Following you will find the Math and Science assignments for the week. Please remember I am available to help students in any way that I can.

All assignments are being posted to Google Classroom. When your fifth grader is logged into the Google Chrome browser with the school account and goes to classroom.google.com, they will find everything they need for math and science. I have also been posting videos that are instructional, tell students their assignments for the day, and help with them complete the assignment. If they are having any difficulties, please email me at Robert.Lucas@ludlow.kyschools.us.
