This is my 10th year at Ludlow High School. Previously, I taught at Campbell County High School. I love social studies and generally have an enormous smile on my face because I love teaching.
I earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 2000. I earned a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice in 2003, and a Master of Arts in Teaching in 2007. My path to a high school classroom was less than traditional but I love learning and I believe my experiences in all of these fields have made me a more well rounded social studies teacher.
I have been married to my husband, Jason, for 16 years and we have four wonderful children, (3 girls and a boy). The school aged kids are coming to Ludlow with me this year and I am very excited to have them with me.
I know this year may be challenging at times but with patience and perseverance we will get through together. I look forward to a great 2020-2021 school year.
