The LHS Student Council consists of highschool students who work together to make a difference in our school. They are either elected into the council by their peers, or voluntarily dedicate their time and hardwork.

Student Council Sponsors: K.Collins, J.Schmidt
Keep up with what your student council is doing:
The Student Council had a successful fundraiser for breast cancer. Pink Ribbons were sold for $1.00, and were worn on Wednesday October 7th. The proceeds went to help by wigs for women with breast cancer! Thanks to everyone who purchased a ribbon and helped out!
Halloween was a very busy time for the student council. The fundraising committee sold "Ghoul Grams" which were delivered to students in their 6th period classes. The teacher appreciation committee prepared treat bags and cupcakes to thank the Ludlow Teachers for all of their hardwork. The student council also prepared a fundraiser that was a teacher costume contest. The teachers dressed up in their best halloween attire, and the students voted for their favorite costumes by putting money in that teacher's bucket. Congratulations to Mrs. Abner for reigning victorious in her witch attire, and thanks to all of the teachers and students who dressed up or donated money to vote. Halloween was a fun time and a great success.
Thanks to everyone who bought a shirt to support the student council! Be sure to wear your shirt to display your Panther Pride! If you dont have one yet, it is not to late to buy one. The shirts are only five dollars and feature the winning slogan contest phrase, "Rockin' Since Mary A. Goetz!"
