Are You Using the Infinite Campus App to Check on Grades & Attendance?  Try It!

If you have a smart phone or tablet, you should consider downloading the FREE Infinite Campus app.  It's such an easy way to quickly check on grades and attendance -- for both parents and students.  Parents can also set up their account to check on all of their children at once with a single login.

To Set Up a Login for a Single User:  Download the Infinite Campus app from your mobile device's app store.  You will need our District Code:  BPCZYG.  Then use your regular login information.  Turn on/off the notification choices as desired.

  • Username:  A student's 10-digit SSID (can be found on report cards or progress reports, or contact your school's office)
  • Password:  For most students, it is their first initial last initial birthdate in mmddyy format (so Travis Caudill's might be tc010178).  Some students who have received a login recently or had to have theirs reset may have it in this format: first initial last initial birthdate in mmddyyyy format (ex: tc01011978)

For Parents to Set Up a Family Login, where they can check all of their children's progress with a single login:  Set up your account online first with your Campus Portal Activation Key (you will have to contact Jenny McMillen, Amy Schenk, or Kellie Trammel for this).  Once you use this activation key to create your login username and password, go to your mobile device, download the app, use our BPCZYG district code and log in.  Turn on/off the notifications choices as desired.

If you have any questions or need assistance with the IC App, please contact Jenny McMillen at jennifer.mcmillen@ludlow.kyschools.us.
